A historic Dairy Queen in Charlotte, North Carolina, the oldest in North Carolina and the third oldest in the Southeast, is on the market for $1.4 million.
The building, at 2732 Wilkinson Blvd., is owned by the same family that in 2019 closed another historic DQ in the Queen City. That building was retrofitted for a new business, and the DQ was moved to a different location.
The building on Wilkinson is notable as an early, walk-up DQ building, featuring Art Deco curves and neon signage.
